In exhibitions I have participated with my jewellery since 1967.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I like to make jewellery for a specific person. I never use designs for making jewellery \u2013 if I do not like the result, I\u2019ll start all over. Things are different with my monumental works. Here I make a design, precise work drawing and often also a model. In spite of everything, making jewellery is my hobby, while monumental creation provides better experience and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My first monumental composition \u201cStudents\u201d in front of the main building of TUT was completed in 1968. It became quickly the symbol of TUT and logo of the university has been designed on its basis. The mural \u201cDemon\u201d in Narva City Hospital was completed in 1974. Since then, wings of demon and angel are characteristic to my creation. Forged items and chandelier of Von Glehn Castle were completed in 1974\u20131989. The idea for lamps in the lobby of the Estonian National Library, completed in 1993, came to me in a tram. Now I make jewellery only for A-Gallery.- In the book \u201cA-Gallery. Estonian art jewellery gallery for 20 years\u201d (2014)<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019ve always liked melting silver. This technique is great because you never know what the final result will be. When to say \u201cStop. That\u2019s enough\u201d. I never make sketches for my jewellery. In the case of this piece, I said stop at the right time; I was satisfied with the result. I named the piece BIRD.
