class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to divide work equally in a collaboration?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thought we had found the perfect solution, but in reality, it did not work.<br>We had agreed that each of us would create works to which the other could add their contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, a completely different story began to unfold \u2013 the image of a two-man saw and a quote from Marcus Manilius &#8220;Work is already a pleasure in itself&#8221; (Latin: &#8220;Labor est etiam ipsa voluptas&#8221;) became a motto that we decided to follow in the creation of our future exhibition works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition&#8217;s location plays an important role \u2013 VAULT as the exhibition space of A-Gallery and the safe as a place to store the values accumulated throughout life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exhibition is supported by the Estonian Cultural Endowment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adolfas \u0160aulys and Mari Relo-\u0160aulys are a Tallinn-based artist duo specializing in contemporary jewelry and conceptual installations. Both graduates of the Estonian Academy of Arts and members of the Estonian Artists\u2019 Association, they have exhibited extensively across Europe, as well as in China and Australia, with their works featured in major museum collections. Their work combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary self-expression, often addressing themes related to humanity interwoven with personal stories. With numerous solo exhibitions and awards, including the Cultural Endowment of Estonia\u2019s Annual Award, they have made a lasting impact on the Baltic art scene.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to divide work equally in a collaboration?
