I was born in 1977 in Tartu County, Estonia. Growing up in the countryside, surrounded by nature, animals, birds, and the delicate beauty of all living things have been my greatest sources of inspiration throughout my life.
I discovered jewellery art in 2021 after a long professional journey in agriculture, working as a veterinarian, purchasing manager, and lecturer at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. A chance encounter changed the direction of my life and led me to study at the UT Viljandi Culture Academy.
Although I began without any previous artistic background, I soon discovered filigree — a technique that resonated with me deeply.
Today, I mainly create filigree jewellery, combining classical techniques with forms and motifs inspired by nature. I am still at the beginning of my journey, but I enjoy the creative process and trust that creativity will guide me in the right direction.
