Ulrika Paemurru

Ulrika Paemurru (1989) is a Tallinn-based visual artist whose practice centres on jewellery and wearable art, complemented by sculpture, installation and video. She holds BA and MA degrees in Egyptology from the University of Liverpool, as well as BA and MA degrees in Jewellery and Blacksmithing from the Estonian Academy of Arts.

As part of her studies, Paemurru completed exchange semesters at HEAR Strasbourg (Jewellery) and HfG Karlsruhe (Art Research and Media Philosophy), and undertook internships in the studios of Ruudt Peters in Amsterdam and Mattia Cleri Polidori in Rome.

Paemurru has presented solo exhibitions in Estonia and participated in group exhibitions in Estonia, Germany, Italy and Canada.
