THE WHEEL OF TIME was born from a longing for eternity, at the meeting point between endless time and the fleeting moment. This silver brooch, whose surface draws inspiration from the patterns of Damascus steel, tells a story about time – our greatest treasure and most deceptive gift.
The shape – a flower with twelve petals – symbolizes both the twelve months of the year and the twelve hours on a clock face. Thus, THE WHEEL OF TIME embodies a dual cycle: the turning of the year, and the rhythm of night and day. It serves as a visual reminder that time flows in many dimensions – in months, in hours, in moments – and that there is never quite enough of it.
