The artist says that in this exhibition she has dealt with the fate of the Estonian people in time through her vision at that time.
The materials used are brass, copper, tombac, silver and new silver.
In her work, the artist seeks to create an artistic unity between natural forms, form, and geometric elements by intertwining the signs of Estonian native faith. The artist deals with the topics of her life, nature and politics.
Andrei Balašov about the exhibition: “THE SECOND STORY exhibition is the sequel to my previous exhibition XII SONETT. It is an experiment with symbols of secrecy, fragments of texts and copies of coins. ”
The exhibition SEASIDE STORIES, which covers the A-Gallery Safe and windows, is related to the theme of the Tallinn Capital of Culture year.
Curator of the exhibition is jeweller Tiina Käesel.

I am inspired by beauty and tenderness. Dried flowers leave such a beautiful but fragile impression, inviting me to touch with all the tenderness that is in me. I want to capture the same feeling in my work – to find a balance between simplicity and complexity and combine it with my own sense of beauty.

CONCRETE AGE explores the dreams and myths of the concrete age. The exhibition exhibits concrete works in a sacred atmosphere, where instead of precious stones, there is an artificial stone in the service of jewellery. For the first time in the world, the exhibition presents an innovative material – golden concrete, which embodies the spirit of the era.
The art group OTSE! is Nils Hint, Rainer Kaasik-Aaslav and Annika Kedelauk.
At Liisa Pähki’s exhibition WHITE GOLD, it is possible to see porcelain ornaments.
She is a potter whose high ideals to the sense of beauty have revived the subtle aesthetics of time ago, reflecting the latter with a delicately perceptible modernity.
Jewellery, objects and experiments.
A group of artists from Finland presents jewellery and objects made with the help of modern technology in. In autumn 2010, the group conducted various experiments using 3D modeling, milling, printing and laser sintering at Saimaa University of Applied Sciences (Lappeenranta). The aim has been to find new ways to incorporate new prototypes into series production, to use new technologies in their artistic production, and to use 3D modeling and processing in series production products.
The aim of the FREES exhibition is not only to introduce the ready and finished works, but also to bring to the viewers the experiments created during the planning and work processes. Similarly, computer-aided design and implementation requires traditional craftsmanship, many experiments, and a long time before the designs are processed into finished products and jewellery.

The exhibition is dedicated to my grandfather Herman who was a jeweller and a watchmaker in the pre-WWII Tallinn. There is the Cinematographers’ Society building in the place where his shop used to be, so it is impossible to determine its location more precisely.
Although I never had the chance to meet my grandfather, his unfinished works and experiments have followed me for my whole life. I wanted to finish some of them and give them a form according to my own vision. I hope that Grandpa wouldn’t have minded.
The objects became anonymous shadowy forms for unknown people for whom Grandpa had been making monograms.
